UAE e-invoicing 2026: MoF extends ASP deadline to 30 October
The UAE Ministry of Finance has extended the deadline for large businesses to appoint an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) under the UAE e-invoicing programme. The new deadline is 30 October 2026, extended from 31 July 2026. The mandatory implementation date of 1 January 2027 is unchanged. Businesses with annual revenue below AED 50 million have separate, later deadlines.

UAE Eid Al Adha 2026: Federal Holiday Confirmed for 25–29 May
The UAE has confirmed Eid Al Adha 2026 begins on 27 May, with a federal government holiday from 25 to 29 May and work resuming on 1 June. MoHRE confirmed the private sector holiday from 26 to 29 May.

MoHRE Confirms 30 June 2026 Emiratisation Deadline for Private-Sector Companies
MoHRE has confirmed 30 June 2026 as the semi-annual Emiratisation deadline for private-sector companies with 50 or more employees. Companies that do not meet the target face financial contributions starting from 1 July 2026.
